This song was actually my first attempted cover, but at the time of the first recording I had not yet figured out how the microphone volume controls worked with my computer (recent computer change due to battery supply fizzing out… x_x). Thus my first version was full of noise and bursts from holding the microphone really close to my mouth in order to get any sound input at all. But all of that’s in the past now, and I finally got around to redoing the vocal track with a fully operational microphone, yay!
So, here’s my cover of Ai Takahashi’s “Yume Kara Samete.” This was one of the first H!P solo ballads that I heard, and I immediately felt like it was calling my name. Of course then I heard “Watarasebashi” and… BUT I still really love this song, plus it’s somewhat easier vocally than any of Matsuura’s songs.
And without further ado:
Enjoy!
